Accessibility statement
Kameron Tanseli wants https://garasu.co and the Garasu app to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Experimentation tools should not depend on being able to use a mouse or see a dense graph.
Standard we are working to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is the benchmark commonly referenced for the European Accessibility Act and for ADA-related web claims in the United States.
How we are doing
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content do not fully conform.
Known limitations
- Marketing demos on the homepage — some interactive graph and form controls in the product mock are built with unstyled primitive ids and may not have a persistent visible label for assistive technology. Expected improvement: as those demos are rebuilt. Workaround: the real sign-up and sign-in forms use programmatic labels.
- Knowledge graph canvases — learnings and experiments are also listed in tables and detail sheets. The canvas is a spatial view; it is not a full alternative to the lists. Use the Learnings and Experiments tabs if the canvas is hard to use.
- Third-party support form — support opens a Google Form we do not control. If that form is a barrier, say so in the form if you can, or ask someone on your team to send the request for you.
Automated checks catch only about a third of WCAG issues. We have not completed a full manual keyboard and screen-reader audit of every authenticated screen.
What we already do
- The document language is set to English (UK). Pages have titles. Skip links are on the homepage, auth, and legal pages.
- Sign-up, sign-in, and account forms use labels, not placeholder-only fields.
- Text can be zoomed; we do not set maximum-scale=1.
- Interactive controls are designed to show a focus ring.
How we test
As of 21 September 2026, assessment is a mix of static automated scanning of public pages and our own keyboard checks on sign-up and legal pages. We have not commissioned a third-party audit or published a VPAT/ACR. If you need one for procurement, use the support form.
Compatibility
The site targets current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, on desktop and mobile. We have not formally certified specific screen readers.
If something does not work for you
Email us via the support form. We aim to respond within three business days. If a page stops you from creating an account or querying your graph, tell us the page, the browser, and the assistive technology you use, and we will help you complete the task another way where we can.
In the UK you can also raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office about digital services, or with the Equality Advisory and Support Service for Equality Act issues. This statement does not limit those rights.
