Terms of Service

The website at https://garasu.co (the "Site") is owned and operated by Kameron Tanseli ("Company," "us," "our," or "we"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and Garasu. Garasu is an experimentation knowledge graph. Creating an account or using the Site is an agreement to these Terms.

By accessing the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site and Garasu

The Site describes Garasu and lets you create an account to use the product. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Site and Garasu for your own internal use.

You may not:

  • license, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Site except as these Terms allow;
  • reverse-engineer the Site except where the law gives you that right;
  • access the Site in order to build a competing product;
  • scrape, overload, or interfere with the Site.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time. Intellectual property in the Site and Garasu belongs to Company or its suppliers. Feedback you send us may be used without restriction or attribution.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your Garasu account. We may suspend or close an account that we believe has violated these Terms.

You can delete your account at /delete-your-account. Deletion is permanent.

Paid plans, if offered, are billed as described on the Site. We do not warrant that Garasu will lift a metric, that a generated experiment will win, or that every provider integration will be available on day one.

3. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. If there is a conflict about personal data, the Privacy Policy controls.

4. Third-party services

The Site uses third parties including Netlify (hosting), Supabase (authentication and accounts), Umami (analytics), and Google (support form). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to, including PostHog, GrowthBook, Statsig, and Apple.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Company from claims and reasonable costs arising out of your use of the Site or Garasu, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND GARASU ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM IS CAPPED AT £50. THE EXISTENCE OF MULTIPLE CLAIMS DOES NOT INCREASE THIS CAP.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend access if we believe you have violated them. Sections 3–7 and 9 survive termination.

9. General

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect intellectual property.

These Terms (with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement about the Site and Garasu. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them.
